Advertising Balloons

Hand over advertising balloon artwork without losing the details

Planning guide

Send a small artwork packet with the original logo, exact display wording and a note identifying the version to review. Ask the supplier to acknowledge the files and return a labelled proof before production.

Details to confirm before ordering

Inventory the files you are sending

List each attachment by file name and explain what it contains. Keep the original logo separate from a photograph or screenshot of the business sign. Arizona Balloon Company identifies AI, EPS and PDF vector artwork as preferred for custom branding.

Write the production words separately

Put the exact requested display wording in your note, including punctuation. Label internal comments as instructions so a designer can distinguish them from the message intended for printing.

Close the loop with a dated proof

Ask the supplier to identify the file version used and show each printed surface included in the proposal. Review spelling, colours and orientation. Save the proof and the approver's response together.
